Ms. Sam Tran - Gia’s head chef, has nearly 10 years of living and working in Melbourne, Australia. Starting her career as a chef from Bawa Cafe, one of the most reputable restaurants in Melbourne, where she gained a lot of experience and cooking standards. Then, she moved to Sunda Dining, 2 hatted restaurant in Melbourne (Top 50 in World’s 50 best discovery list), to continue her path on the culinary career. After several years working at Sunda Dining, Sam decided to come home to embark on a restaurant of her own.
Mr. Long Tran - Operation manager, a Swiss graduate with 12 years of experience in the hospitality & restaurant field, he worked in some highly respectable restaurant in the world that can be named: Andre Restaurant in Singapore (2 stars Michelin, top 14 in World’s 50 best restaurant list), Raw Restaurant in Taiwan (2 stars Michelin, top 15 in Asia’s 50 best restaurant list),... Most recently, he worked as the Group Operation Manager of an award-winning group of restaurants, Meta Group of Restaurants. At Gia Restaurant, he always pushes the boundaries to be better every day and to deliver the best experience.
