Long Tran

Long Tran is co-founder of several well-known fine-dining restaurants in Hanoi and now le Goût de Gia. He was a Swiss graduate with 12 years of experience in the hospitality & restaurant field. He worked in some highly respectable restaurants in the world that can be named: Andre Restaurant in Singapore (2 stars Michelin, top 14 in World’s 50 best restaurant list), Raw Restaurant in Taiwan (2 stars Michelin, top 15 in Asia’s 50 best restaurant list),… Most recently, he worked as the Group Operation Manager of an award-winning group of restaurants, Meta Group of Restaurants (1 star Michelin, awarded “Asia’s 50 Best One to Watch 2021” for Asia’s 50 Restaurants)

Sam Tran Not only known as the talented and brave chef of Gia restaurant, but Sam Tran is also one of the co-founders who will lead the le Goût de Gia team. She has nearly ten years of living and working in Melbourne, Australia. Starting her career as a chef at Bawa Cafe, one of the most reputable restaurants in Melbourne, where she gained a lot of experience and cooking standards. Then, she moved to Sunda Dining, a two-hatted restaurant in Melbourne (Top 50 in World’s 50 best discovery list), to continue her path in her culinary career. After several years working at Sunda Dining, Sam decided to come home to embark on a restaurant of her own.
