Long Tran

Gia is not the first project of Mr. Long Tran after returning to Vietnam. But this is where he and his teammates find their roots after many years of living abroad. Mr. Long Tran spends most of his effort on this project and every step has been meticulously planned out for a long time.

He was a Swiss graduate at Les Roche, Switzerland with 14 years of experience in the hospitality & restaurant field. After graduating, Mr. Long Tran has several years of experience working in restaurants in luxury hotels at the UAE, Qatar, Thailand, and Singapore, etc. Always striving to challenge himself, from 2014, he began to shift his efforts to independent fine dining restaurants or Michelin-starred restaurants in order to discover something new and nurture himself in a new setting with higher pressure.

“If you want to be the best, you have to be surrounded by the best” – Chef André Chiang told him and from that, he always keeps it in mind and works as a philosophy.
