Gia Restaurant is a fine dining destination dedicated to elevating Vietnamese cuisine. Our mission goes beyond delivering delicious meals; we aim to inspire through the beauty and profound values of traditional Vietnamese gastronomy.

Our dishes draw inspiration from a deep appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the distinctive cultural beauty of each region and honoring the importance of family bonds. This is the essence behind the name “Gia” (family in Vietnamese).

We take pride in utilizing local ingredients and spices as the foundation, harmoniously blending them with modern culinary techniques, creating an elegant and unique approach to Vietnamese cuisine. Each dish at Gia offers not just a culinary experience but also a cultural adventure, a delicate fusion of tradition and modernity.

Long Tran, with 12 years of international experience, is a highly skilled professional in the F&B industry. His diverse expertise comes from working in luxury hotel restaurants in the UAE, Qatar, Thailand, and Singapore. Gia Restaurant is his most passionate project since returning to Vietnam, where he serves as the founder overseeing operations.

Joining Long is the talented Head Chef, Sam Tran. After nearly a decade in Melbourne, Australia, working in renowned restaurants, she decided to return to Vietnam. Her goal is to bring a sophisticated and modern culinary experience, respecting the essence of Vietnamese culture.
