Long Tran, with 12 years of international experience, is a highly skilled professional in the F&B industry. His diverse expertise comes from working in luxury hotel restaurants in the UAE, Qatar, Thailand, and Singapore. Gia Restaurant is his most passionate project since returning to Vietnam, where he serves as the founder overseeing operations.
Joining Long is the talented Head Chef, Sam Tran. After nearly a decade in Melbourne, Australia, working in renowned restaurants, she decided to return to Vietnam. Her goal is to bring a sophisticated and modern culinary experience, respecting the essence of Vietnamese culture.

We proudly use local ingredients and modern cooking techniques to craft a seasonal tasting menu format.
